This can be done in a PRIVATE MATCH! Here are the steps to do it...
Start the game
Select MULTIPLAYER
Select VERSUS
Select CUSTOM ONLINE
Select HOST PRIVATE at the top of the screen
Select GAME SETUP
Select GAME MODE
Select ARCADE BLITZ (at the time of writing this it's the default game type when you start a private match)
Go back to the GAME SETUP menu
Select ARCADE BLITZ OPTIONS
Turn FILL WITH BOTS to ON, set BOT DIFFICULTY to BEGINNER and ROUND SCORE LIMIT to 50
Go back to the lobby and lock all but one of the opposing team slots and lock all the slots on your team that won't be a player. You don't want any bots on your team.
Start the match now and let the enemies get at least 26 points before you do anything. Once they have at least 26 points then go ahead and kill the bot and cap the ring. Now just hold the ring for the remainder of the points and move to the next ring while doing whatever it takes to keep the enemy bot out of it.
The achievement will pop at the end of the match.
