Hey this achievement bugged for me as well as some of the achievements for the DLC. To fix it I loaded up chapter 6 on solo and played till the well cut scene and then it popped the achievement. Hope this helps anyone that may have and issue

We had the same problem. We got the achievement for 3-player coop but not this one. Over a month after release. TC did not disappoint with broken stuff.
