This can also be done in Horde mode, set up a private game, no bots on whatever difficulty you are comfortable with but to do it quickly use beginner. I popped it half way through round 5 with the start monsters as imagos and juvies. Good hunting gears

I used versus custom and torgue bow tag to get the remaining kills, its easier because you can stay back and not get killed too much.

Took only 2 or 3 rounds of Jingle Juvies for me to get to 100. Beginner difficulty, starting at wave 6.

Fastest and easiest method. Go to Multiplayer, Versus, Custom Online Game, Create a Private Game. Go to game setup, game mode Free for all 8 players, Map is Nexus, round points 100 and fill with bots.

Can also be done in Custom Horde Frenzy on Beginner with no bots.
