This can be done in a PRIVATE MATCH and here are the steps to do it. You can either do it alone or if you have one friend then you wont have to race your bot teammate to the kills.
Start the game
Select MULTIPLAYER
Select VERSUS
Select CUSTOM ONLINE
Select HOST PRIVATE at the top of the screen
Select GAME SETUP
Select GAME MODE
Select 2V2 GNASHERS
Go back to the previous screen and go down one option
Select 2v2 GNASHERS OPTIONS
Turn on FILL WITH BOTS and turn their difficulty to BEGINNER if you wan to make it as easy as possible
Now go back to your game lobby and start the match and make sure you down your enemies then walk up to them and hold down the B button (or whatever button you map your controller for) to execute your downed enemy. Do this twice in the match and you've got yourself a new achievement.
If you have a friend to help you out with this then they can down the other enemy for you and you can trade off for the achievement. Should only take a couple of minutes for each of you to knock it out if you do it that way.
If you want to do it solo without a bot teammate then you can lock the slot for your teammate and play solo against a team of two bots, but I'd advise against it. The bots in this game, even on beginner, are very unforgiving. But that is an option if you want to go for it that way.

Can confirm it works on private also I would suggest a second controller be on the opposite team so you can focus on one bot then have your alt kill your primary team mate so you can melee it and not risk a gib

I turned on friendly fire and downed my bot teammate to use as bait, downed one, and then ran over and downed the other. You can increase the down but not out timer (DBNO) as well to give yourself more time.

I filled with bots and used a 2nd controller to put on the opposite team, then I locked the spot on my team, so it was 1v2 but 1 of the 2 is your 2nd controller. Then just down the 1 bot, and press B to execute, then run over to your 2nd controller and do the same! Got it first try. :)

this can be done with 3 controllers, just put 2 on the other team and go for the kills, easy pesy!
It works for the Dynamic Duo achievement as well.

I put my guest account in the opposite team. This made it way easier than trying to beat 2 bots playing solo. The bots are brutal even on Beginner.

agreed, even the beginner setting is difficult for novices, my solution was to connect a third controller so I only had to go against one bot, got it easily then

Very easy with three controllers and no bots. You against the other two, no resistance at all! I suggest moving them apart a little so you don't hit them both at the same time though.

So, I was able to unlock this with 2 controllers and no bots, however, I DID use 2 Xboxes so I don't know if it would work in local. I did exactly as the guide suggested, except I didn't fill with bots, and I locked the 2nd slot on my opponents team. When I executed the other controller the achievement popped.

I got this by using one controller in private versus with a locked slot on the opponent's team. Even though there was only one enemy in the opposing team, executing him unlocked the achievement for me.

This bugged out for me, but in a good way; I was playing a 2v1 game (me and AI vs AI) and when I executed the single opposing AI the achievement popped.

Easy way to do this with second controller. Lock the spot on your team and allow friendly fire. As soon as the game starts, pick the second controller and down your bot teammate. Then simply run with your main and execute both.

I can confirm that 1vs1 works to get this. I was playing a private match on the "2v2 Boxes" map with just me versus just one bot.
Alternatively, my friend helped me confirm that you can also do 1vs1 with a 2nd controller as the other player/team (instead of a bot) to make it super easy.

Just played a 1v1 private match against a bot on "2v2 Boxes" in hopes to get the achievement, because some comments said it works.
I downed the enemy and hit B to execute 'em. However, the achievement didn't unlock? Anybody know why?
Edit: Realized I had to HOLD B to do an execution. Attempted against a second controller and it still didn't work!
Edit 2: Finally got this to work after I did a 1v1 with a Beginner Bot, on "2v2 Boxes". With that in mind, I don't know if this achievement works with a second controller, like @OzzysShadyDisco said

It can be done against another controller still, just make sure the open spot is locked. I had it fill bots but locked the spots. Executed my dummy controller and it worked.

As of 6th January 2022, the 2v1 method still works... simply lock one of the slots of the opposing team, have your own team mate create aggro and then once enemy is down, simply execute and the achievement should pop.

This is so annoying, the AI on the easiest setting is still really good haha. What’s worse is even with a second controller connected my AI teammate keeps killing the opponent before I can execute haha
And just like that I finally get it. Easier than playing online but man that beginner setting 😂🤷🏻♂️

It's frustrating how tough beginner bots are on this game. Of course it adds to the challenge, but I found it quite relaxing playing private games on GOW Judgement, but not in this game.

Upvote to JimmyHead25 comment as easiest method if you have only two controllers and not three.
Host online private, fill with bots, turn on friendly fire, lock COG slot so it's just you, add second controller account to Swarm slot, start match. As second controller swarm, down the bot, then have main account COG execute. This was easier than other methods because even beginner bots don't mess around, haha.
