Gears 5

This is story-related and can't be missed. It unlocks during Act III, Chapter 3: Some Assembly Required, once you have secured both satellites and dealt with the enemies that spawn (sorry) with each one.

The first will provide you with a couple of pouncers to defeat. Getting to the second will require defeating a wave of drones and two shielded big boys that both have dropshots, followed by a wave of two swarm flocks (keep your head down). Following this you'll have to escort the payload out of the facility (there's no time limit, as far as I can tell).

You then have to deal with a wait-for-Jack-to-unlock-the-door scenario where you'll be inundated with juvies and a warden, and, after a couple more fights through the facility, finally one of those gorilla things that spew flying enemies from their guts. And then, finally, bleep-bloop, this will be yours.
