Any wave you complete counts towards this, not just sets of 12. So you could get this by finishing wave one of horde frenzy 60 times. Right now, it's pretty easy to find random groups that can get through waves one-four on horde Frenzy Inconceivable. So just keep joining random groups, playing a few waves until you get wiped out, and bailing with some extra progress.

This achievement won't unlock anymore. I am at 96% and just played 13 waves on inconceivable (should need about 4) and my % is still 96%. COORECTION: Must be done on Master mode, unlocked right after 3rd wave.

Mine has been stuck on 91% for a while now and I've done many waves at Insane, Inconceivable, and Master and nothing. Anyone get any idea to get it unstuck?
