All of the "Complete all campaign acts on _____ Difficulty" achievements stack meaning if you go on the difficulty it says to go on or a higher difficulty you will receive this achievement along with the other achievement/achievements. So, Just complete all acts on "Normal" Difficulty or higher. This can be done In single player mode or Co-op mode.
