Both of these are right, but something to add is that after you get past the brumak and get to the jail, YOU WILL BE DETECTED!!! It's ok though. After you fight your way through the rest of the level you will get the achievement when you complete the chapter. Just wanted to add that bc I restarted the level a bunch of times after being detected thinking I wouldn't get it. Thanks for the help guys...

Just to clarify, you are detected once you free the "friend" from the first Gears. Stay stealthy until that point.

Follow Dom as he knows the stealthy route. If spotted you can restart the checkpoint and still get the achievement.
When you get to the bridge with the Brumak, go right and through the cave to remain unseen. You'll then go under the bridge.
As long as you stay undetected until you rescue the COG prisoner, you'll get the achievement. It goes full on from there - you wouldn't be able to go stealthily if you wanted too!
The achievement pops right at the end of the level on the title screen but you have to go through a lengthy firefight first.

Tip: You can reload checkpoint if you are detected, and continue. You don't need to start over.

One thing that is didn't see mentioned is that you can "Restart from Last Checkpoint" if you are detected and still get the Achievement.

There's not much I can offer you in terms of "what you have to do to get this" because, it is clearly stated in the achievement description, however I can link in a video guide too so that you can get a general feel for the level layout and such.
Firstly, this achievement isn't difficulty related, so if you want to nail it quickly go ahead and play on Casual all though for this achievement we'll be trying to avoid any fights!
Follow the video and getting this achievement shouldn't cause you any trouble!
