Get yourself 800 MS points and go download the Snow Blind Map Pack. After download is complete rally up a few freinds and go through waves 1 thru 10 in Horde on every Snow Blind map and wha-la! You will have the Never Eat Red Snow acheivement.

As you proceed through the first Horde on any Snow Blind map you will actually see two acheivements starting to count which are Never Eat Red Snow and Icy Dead People.

Here are the names of the maps: Grindyard, Under Hill, Courtyard and Fuel Depot. I personally enjoyed all the maps as there are a lot of times when you think you and your team is postitioned well and you're not. There tends to be a lot of cross-fire in many of the maps as you level up through the Horde waves. Enjoy!

As with the other horde achievements, you don't need to do this in one go, ie. you can some waves on one session, and the other waves on another session, or however you want. However, tracking which waves you've done can be a pain (the in-game tracking system tells you how many you've done, but not which ones), so I made a printable checklist for all the achievements in pdf format.
