Thanks for mentioning that COG Tags don't count toward "Collector". I was confused when I collected 5 items (the first five you can) and the achievement did not pop.

Nice and detailed video. I found easily the items (except in Stadium, i didn't see i had to choose the upper way ! ) without You Tube's description.
A lot of fun … i hate collectibles ;)

If anybody would like to watch a detailed video guide on where to find every single COG Tag and Collectible in Gears of War 3, then click on the two videos listed below!

* I highly recommend watching the actual videos ON Youtube. The quality of the video will improve, and also the size. Some people may not be able to go into Full Screen when on another website. *

Part 1 of 2: The first part shows you where to find the first 8 COG Tags, and the first 20 Collectibles.

Part 2 of 2: The final part shows you where to find the remaining 7 COG Tags, and 24 Collectibles. Enjoy!
