This has to be done in 'Private' Horde unless Epic do other 'Hardcore weekend's (where the default Difficulty in public Horde was set to Hardcore)
Its as simple as getting 5 of you together, (or 3 people and 2 of them with Guests) starting up a game (where you each select 'Onyx Guard' as your skin) and beating the first boss (or any boss, go for 50 if you like ^^) just make sure everyone is alive, anybody dead wont get the Achievement :)
Mutators (Infinite Ammo, Super Reload, Insta-Gib) if you have them will make your life easier, you can even try starting at 10 if you feel you can handle it without the cash from the previous 9 waves.
the Host will also earn 'The host with the most' Achievement if you play on a Horde Command Map (Blood Drive, Rustlung and Azura)

I know this has been posted, but this is my take on it.
Have 5 people join up in a private lobby. Preferably people with the same goal in mind. It will make it so much easier if you have Infinite Ammo and the Super Reload mutators enabled. Have it set to Hardcore difficulty. You can start it from wave 10 if you wish since having the mutators makes it insanely easy and you will not have to worry about money. Once the host selects the map, make sure your character is the Onyx Guard. After all 5 players have the Onyx Guard as their character, the host can start the game. From there, all you have to do is beat the wave.
It only seems that if you live through the round you will unlock the achievement. With the group I did it with, 3 of them were dead and did not unlock the achievement when I did.
Below is a video to go with. We failed the first time through, the lambent bezerker did work on us, video shows the lobby and picks up from the end of our first try to the round were we won.

This has to be done on Horde, difficulty set to Hardcore. Mutators help, waves 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50. Everyone must play as the Onyx Guard from the DLC. This is easiest in Private so you can conrol the map and the difficulty.
The important thing to note is that you MUST survive the wave. If you die, other players will get the achievement, but you won't.
