How to unlock the Ready for More achievement in Gears of War 3 - Definitive Guide
This achievement was slightly glitched for me. I didn't get it when I finished the campaign. For some reason, the game had decided that I hadn't finished one of the chapters properly - I believe I jumped out for some multi-player at the end, and must have confused it somehow.
Fortunately, it is easy to fill in the gaps. The achievements screen shows a tick for each Act, and you can then go into Play Chapter for that Act to see which chapters are not marked with an icon in the top right. It was the last chapter of Act I, for me. I replayed that chapter and the achievement popped.

This also happened to me a few days ago. I quit the game right after finishing Act 5, Chapter 3, and then the next day resumed from the start of Chapter 4. This achievement did not appear at the end.

This is very easy on Casual. Juat play through every chapter and the acheivement will pop. Running through on casual will take 5-7 hours depending upon your abilities.

Fair warning, maybe it was just for me. But I completed the campaign (made sure I did) and I did not get the achievement. However, I looked back and for some reason, it said I didn't complete a chapter in Act 2. So my advice, make sure that each chapter loads and counts haha

It does seem to not save a few chapters. just go back and replay them.

I recommend starting the game on Easy difficulty to collect all the collectibles and make all the complicated achievements of the campaign, after you finish the game for the first time you will unlock the Insane difficulty and if you made all the achievements of the campaign on Easy you can focus on just finish the game on this difficulty, ending the game on the Insane difficulty you will also earn the achievement "Ain't My First Rodeo" which consists of ending the game on Hardcore difficulty.
