How to unlock the Becoming Brothers achievement in Gears of War 4 - Definitive Guide

You can kill two birds with one stone here with the Both Of Us Are Back achievement . The method I used was with two controllers, just complete two acts and once you're on the third act the achievement should unlock once the cutscene has finished.

If you don't have a second controller you'll be able to find people by using 'Looking for Group' and you'll be able to create a session yourself or use TA, whichever you prefer.

TIP: If you're struggling with Act 2 Chapter 3 where you're on the bikes I'd suggest getting someone to help you as that bit is tricky.

Do these acts have to run concurrently or can they be two separate acts?

They can be done separately, as long as you've completed all of the acts in co-op you'll get the achievement

I'm at the end of act 3, did everything coop and don't have this one... shock

Yeah, when you checked it I had it toast
Got it at the total end of act 3.
2 chapters stayed unchecked in act 2 probably cause disconnection of coop partners.

This is story related and cannot be missed. This unlocks after completing Act 2, Chapter 4, 'The Great Escape' in co-op on any difficulty.
