There are a lot of good maps but I like Blood Drive, Lift, and Forge pretty well. Sniper is my main class and I don't have him maxed out but he's not far off, I'd suggest having all your green Common skills that you'll be using maxed out (Headshot Damage, Precision Rifle Damage), plus your blue Rare (Called Shot), and try to get your purple Epics (Explosive Headshot, Magic Bullet) to as high as you can, 4-6 if you can.
