How to unlock the How's it Going to Work? Teamwork! achievement in Gears of War 4 - Definitive Guide

Go to Versus > Matchmaking and select Co-op vs AI as the game mode.
You can then select the appropriate difficulty level, but I would recommend going straight for Insane as you will unlock all four of these achievements in one go. It's still pretty straightforward if you have a half decent team - I've played many matches on Insane and have yet to see an AI victory.
