How to unlock the Determined achievement in Gears of War: Judgment - Definitive Guide

As easy as it sounds, just start up a campaign on any difficulty (casual is the easiest and the 'complete campaign on X difficulty' achievements are stackable) and plough your way through until you reach the end and viola!

Didn’t pop up for Me

If it didn’t pop, head over to chapter/section select once you’ve finished the campaign. Look over each section of each chapter and notice where you don’t see the difficulty icon overlayed: that’s the part of the game that failed to register. Replay it, repeat for any other parts that may not have registered, and it should pop at the end of that section.

In my case I had one section of chapter 2 that for some reason hadn’t registered that I completed it. Weird, but whatever. Just replayed that part and voila.
