How to unlock the Party People achievement in Gears of War: Judgment - Definitive Guide

This can be done with two people if you both go split screen and sign your second controllers in as guests using the 'Y' button.
Check the party type using the select button if it doesn't work as it's quite easy to end up in a 'local' party and then you won't be able to host an online game.
If you've done it right you're team should look like this:
MyGamertag
MyGamertag(1)
TheirGamertag
TheirGamertag(1)
Then just complete a chapter, just remember to stick your second controllers into cover straight away to avoid any accidental deaths!
***Update, as per comments this solution may not work on the xbox one BC version of the game***

on the second controller, it may ask to switch to local network, this is fine, press 
. It will reload the start screen, it took one minute but it worked. Then press 
to invite 2 other players. Start the campaign and after 5 minutes you'll unlock the achievement.

Complete any full section in any chapter with 3 other players. The easiest way is to join a public campaign on casual and play until the achievement pops. I say full section because if you join in halfway through the section (you can tell if the declassified mission has been activated) you will not get the achievement. If this happens fear not, just complete the following section.

I tried joining games for roughly a half hour and nobody was ever with 3 people. Just sayin the easiest way is to set it up through TA.

This method is completely based on luck and chance. However, I see this being the best solution as it endows common sense.

A section in the game is not a whole chapter. Just play any of them with 3 other people on any difficulty. You can invite people or play with random people in public matchups. If you join in the middle of an area, it will not count. You will have to continue playing the next section as well.
