How to unlock the Unstoppable achievement in Gears of War: Judgment - Definitive Guide

The absolute best way to do this is to boost in VIP Ranked Domination and ring boost. Have 2 groups of 5 step in and after they capture the ring, have the other team come in. Rinse and repeat.

If you have 2xp, this will take about 4-5 matches of 20 min. each (1.5- 2 hrs for each reup, 5-6 total)
If you have 4xp, this will take 3 matches of 20 min each. (1 hour for each reup, 3 hours total)

Here is a video to better explain.

How easy is it to match up with the other group?

Its best to get two people that live in the same region (We had the 2 hosts be from the UK) and should only take 5-10 minutes. Sometimes It only takes 1 time to match up, others a couple of tries. It shouldnt take long though as no one plays Ranked VIP Domination.

Boosting in standard online matches is usual frowned upon, perhaps that's why you're getting negatives? Doesn't take long to just play and level up normally though. Just got fearless, so only one more re-up chievo to go. :)

The thing is Hooded Claw is that its in Ranked! No one plays in these playlists, so it literally affects no one. Boosting in Quick Match is a no-no I agree, but Ranked no one plays (Sometimes you cant even find 1 match)

@Cobryza What do you mean except GOW2? Still boosting..

By Pecorleone on 03 May 2013 01:07
I mean that you don't even need to boost GoWJ for the sake of rank because it's well easy to level up just by from playing normally. GoW3 was easy to rank up as well and you didn't need to boost nothing for levelling up. GoW1 doesn't count because it ain't got ranks.

Just to counter answer the troll but boosting is generally for people who have a life, who don't have a lot of time but want to 100% their games lmao

Up voted because it's faultless, quickens the time to get there.

Rank in games like this doesn't mean anything, if you're a good player, you're a good player, rank in a symbol or number doesn't mean a thing. Gears 3 has plenty of top rank players but barely any of them are decent. You want to prove something go compete at LAN tournaments and win.

The old Ring Dance still works. And, yes, this can be done with second controllers as guests. But game lobby hosts can not bring in a second controller.

You can not play ranked with guests. If you have less than 10 people / gold accounts, you need to play quick match, not sure how much the XP gain is affected.

Domination works different than the good ol' KotH boosting from Gears 2. In order to break the ring, no enemies can be in the ring. So, blue captures, steps out, red breaks, captures, steps out, blue breaks, captures, steps out etc etc... Each player capturing shaves a second from capture time, so even if you have guests and second controllers, use all 5 players to capture.

With VIP pass, I got 30k XP per 20min match, which means, at reup 3, I went from level 30 to 49 in 5 matches. It seems like the 2x XP is not working anymore, there is no way to reup in 5 matches as other solutions said, or it is because of the quick match playlist.

If you want to do this, buy the double XP pack, 10 matches for $1 is well worth it, that dollar will save 2 hours of your time.

I've found FFA to be the best playlist to level up. Targets are plentiful due to everyone wanting to kill each other. My advice is to find a power weapon such as the scorcher on Gondula and go to town.

If playing multiplayer frustrates you, then maybe some insane campaign will do the trick. Doing levels on this difficulty with the declassified mission enabled will get you a great deal of xp rather easily, depending on the mission. I would suggest Chapter 1 Section 8 The Vaults because, If armed with a retro lancer and a SOS (sawed off shotgun) your problems there will be over very quickly. I know many people consider Chapter 5 Section 3 Upper State Street to be one of the hardest mission, when in-fact if done in a tactical manner, it will be fun. (Look below for instructions.)
A third mission to try and grind for all you knghts out there is Chapter 6 Section 5. Here you will be armed with only a boomshield and an SOS. Since you're on insane, let the bloodmounts come to you and whatever you do don't rush the main door as several grinders/flame boomers with break it down. This level should take less than 3-5 minutes per try.

Chapter 5 Section 3 Upper State Street
First, use any remaining grenades and crossbows to mine the area then grab the SOS between the 2 cars farthest away from the stairs where the grub holes open up to one shot Ragers and 1-2 shot Elite Maulers when the battle becomes CQB. Use the Booshka on your left at the stairs to close the grub holes, and the oneshot as much as you can on the maulers and some ragers before they get in close. The level should be very easy with this set-up.

I really hope this helps! I love this game and love to help others with it, (within reason.) Good luck out GEARS!

Thanks for the solution. I tried C1S8, not that good with all bots down and enemies all swarming to me. Tried C6S5 is quite easy, just need a bit of passion. But, it only awards you 750xp per round, but still something rather than nothing!

play tdm is best i dont know hows the xp percentage but tdm has the highest for sure... better with vip of course but ive find that the best players r on vip playlist rather than standard so it requires some skill... it could be just me though... but still i was getting about 10k per match during the haven dlc release week

After played the last Section of Aftermath on Insane, you can sign another controller and use continue on the menu, you just have to shoot the suspended things and wait the credits, you earn 1500 everytime, took 1 minute only.

If you have a poor internet connection you can get lucky with a FFA match of your own versus bots. Coming out on top in FFA earns you a LOT of XP.

Another solution is to use the method to get gold armour, get yourself a whole lot of prize boxes in 30 minutes which contains 1000xp and watch yourself level real quick

If you want to boost this achievement alone and without VIP privileges, here's a trick giving you 1500xp every 3/4mn:

1- You will need to finish the Aftermath campaign first.
2- Load A Few Complaints mission on Insane in Aftermath campaign.
3- Finish the mission on Insane.
4- Then sign-in another account using a 2nd controller (can be silver or local).
5- Load the last save of the Aftermath campaign.
6- Skip the cut scenes as quickly as you can by mashing cn_back button.
7- Just play the scene (no ennemies to kill; just shoot 3 hooks: 2 on your path, 1 on your 2nd controller's path, you must shoot the hooks otherwise you will have to start over)
8- Get you free experience.
9- Repeat steps from 6 to 9.

Experience given according to each difficulty:
- Insane: 1500
- Harcore: 1200
- Normal: 750

This methode isn't giving that much experience but it is the best I could find using no VIP pass and experience multiplier.

Right below is a guide showing you how to do it.

Any idea how much experience it takes to reach level 50? Or maybe how long it took you to get this achievement with the method??

A somewhat long time. I don't recall exactly but I think I did the first 30 levels (which should be a third of the total xp required for level 50) in around 2/3 hours, maybe even a bit less.
So around 10 hours of it should give you level 50.

You can speed this up a little by reloading the checkpoint just after Baird says "someone here knows how to steer a ship, right?" and saving profile pops up on the left. This should cut some of the loading times.

hi everyone, first of all this glitch found by me i just want to share with you guys.
if you follow my steps you can re-up fast and LEGIT,also unlock all weapons and characters skin
.
1.get enough kills and ribbons to get prizebox (normal-rare)(epic prizebox not included)

2. select start go to option and select storage location then select B (dont choose any device) select B again (continue anyway)

3.resume your game get enough kill to get another prizebox again

repeat steps 2-3 over and over again

so let me tell you the easy way for getting 1kill 1prize box you need to do this:
for the first time>prizebox poped up>>count the number of the kill you got until the prizebox poped on the right down screen >for example 5 kill until next prizebox>you need 4 kills, then? go to the menu the progress will save when u back to the game every kill you got 1 prizebox will pop

you can do the same with rare prize box go chapter 6 section 6 when you rolled the cover throw grenade(or use tripwire to get multiple ribbon) in to the e-hole you get ribbon(rare) then do the step 3 and reaload checkpoint and so on...
i Done the same way with gnasher onyx medal and get 10000 xp which means 1 game free for all = 250000 xp you can reach re up 1 to 4 in 1 match but the fact is you cant everytime u select storage doesn't count medal xp
SO...

leave comment if you have any problem let me know...

Equipment:
1. VIP Pass - 1600 MSP
2. Double XP - Match packs - 800 MSP for 200 Matches

Work Force: 10 Gold accounts (you can have 10 people, or have 5 Xbox 360 consoles and plug in 2 controllers with a gold account each, or other variations).

Go to: Versus > VIP > Domination > Ranked Match

Have 2 people host 2 lobbies, and invite 4 people on each side. So by now you should have 10 people total that are split into two groups of 5.

Then start searching in Ranked and in the search menu, you should try and get matched during the "Finding Matches" phase. So try and have a 3rd person do a countdown for the two hosts to search at the same time.

In Domination, choose one ring, and have both teams stand across from each other but near the ring.

To simplify things, team 1 is Blue, and team 2 is Red.

Blue team will go into the ring and capture it for 200 points. Then they will immediately back out of the ring and the Red team will promptly go inside the ring and break it for 200 points and then they will stay inside the ring until it is completely red and they have netted 200 points for capturing it. Then the Red team will immediately back out of the ring, and the Blue team will move in the break the ring for 200 points, and then stay inside the ring until it is completely blue and they have netted 200 points for capturing it.

Keep repeating that until the time runs out. Try to keep the score even, but people fall asleep, not a big deal. The win bonus is very small. But if you want to win, just alternate wins between the teams by a difference of 4 points (you get 20 minutes a ranked match, and in that time, no team will get over 100 points as long as everyone knows what they are doing, and it takes 250 points to end the game. So your team's win will be determined by the most points at the end of the 20 minutes).

Just keep in mind that in ranked matches, you get returned to the main menu with your team when the match is over, but at least it is easier to match up since less people play it.

Every now and then you might get trapped in a game with randoms, but that is rare, and if it just happens... either play the match, or leave and receive a penalty.

You should get 50 levels every 2 hours max this way. I was personally getting 50 levels every 1 hour.

Last Notes:

Just stay calm if it takes a while to get matched up, because when you do get matched up it will be worth it and after that you will learn the trick to timing your searches to easily get matched up everytime.

Practice the Domination boosting in Private first. It is similar to, but slightly different from, King of the Hill boosting in other Gears of War games.

Lately I've found no-one playing on the DLC playlist so domination against bots is a pretty easy way of. Double xp makes this a breeze.

Can be obtained in Private Matches (versus bots included). Campaign XP counts too.

You will have to gain 150 total levels and re-up 3 times in order to gain this. Experience to level up is gained through pretty much all game modes. As you progress you do also get Reward Boxes that give you XP sometimes. The standard is 200xp which is nothing great as far as a reward goes. There are special times when you can get more experience when you play. This would include special events, promotional offerings, and Micro Transactions. You may purchase Double XP for a certain amount of matches which you can check in your stats screen. You can also purchase the VIP pass which grants you a VIP game mode that allows you to get double XP. Therefore the fastest way to level up, is to spend extra money to get more experience as you play.

Warning: The game counts the tickets even if you join in the middle of a match. That means, if you join and the game has 2 minutes left, you basically get ripped off a ticket. It's best to play with this extra experience in long sessions versus here and there.

Note: VIP seems to stack with Double XP tickets. The math is quite difficult because of the bonuses and all the numbers going around on the screen. I have came up with a 3.73 times experience when stacking both VIP and Double XP tickets. This is not a confirmed amount, but what I came up with after looking at my stats after a game.

10 Matches - 80 MSP
50 Matches - 320 MSP
100 Matches - 560 MSP
200 Matches - 800 MSP
