The easiest and quickest way to do this is to have 4 people with 2 controllers each (although obviously a mix of people with 1 and 2 controllers works fine too) search for each other in a Social Team Deathmatch in one of the lesser used regions like Japan or South East Asia.

As soon as the game starts, the leader of the team that is losing can quit back to the main menu (bringing their team out with them) and the other team is awarded the win. The team winning can nearly always stay in the lobby and the losing team will have time to search again and jump back in.

Obviously this also helps with the Around the World achievement as the maps cycle in Social so as long as one team always stays in the lobby, this should come naturally.
