To earn this achievement, you only have to play the entire game from Act 1-Chapter 1 through Act 5 Chapter 8 in co-op. You do not need to play as Dom to get it.

You do have to have a 2nd player in your game for the achievement.

How can you tell which chapters have been completed in co-op and which remain to be completed? I couldn't see it in the Stats menu.

This achievement can be obtained in splitscreen, me & my friend have just completed act 1 splitscreen & the achievement popped for completing 1 chapter in co-op instantly after the first chapter

I just completed the game this morning all co-op and this did not unlock. I have the other co-op achievements. Looked at all the chapters and they all have the same icons. Which is a gears icon with silver wings and 3 golden stars.

I can confirm hosting or joining a co-op game and split screen both work and can be mixed.
I did the game by hosting and joining games, and after the last chapter I was I was 1 short! I looked for a tracker, but I don't think there is one. Fortunately I remembered that while I was hosting act 2 people were dropping out, so I did act 2 in split screen and it unlocked a few chapters into it.

Me and my buddy just beat all campaigns on co-op and beat Raam. he got the achievements and I didn't! So what's the problem..do u have to play a Dom or something!?

If my memory is right. On the 360 version. You had to be Dom to get this. I might be wrong. And I think my memory start failing on me at 35.

Just to confirm in case anyone was wondering. If you play through a level and quit out at the last checkpoint, then return in split screen, this will still unlock

OK, went through my campaign list and for some reason, "Belly of the Beast" asn't completed on insane difficulty or co-op! So we played up to right before we were going to get into the mine carts and the achievements popped!! Quirky AZZ game!!

I achieve this with two controllers split screen on casual. Chose training just to be superstitious. I used the account that I wanted the achievement on to play Dom. I don’t know if that makes a difference for anyone. I quit multiple times and resume campaign later. Only completed campaign once through. The achievement popped for both accounts at the end of defeating ROM.
