EDIT: As of Title Update 2.0, you can unlock this achievement in any ring based games (KoTH, Blitz, Annex). For a quicker turnaround, do blitz instead of Annex from the list below and make the timer 60 seconds. Make the round count higher to limit your amount of loading times :)
You may as well work on the This Is Annex achievement while you are doing this.
This is one method to knock this achievement out.
Sign in a guest profile with a second controller. Head on to Xbox Live Matchmaking. Be sure to select Xbox Live and NOT local multiplayer. Go to Private Matches. Select Annex. Change the settings to be 3 rounds and set the timer to 120. Start up the game on a small map, like Raven Down, and start the match. Simply Play the game and capture the hills. You are looking at roughly 10 minutes to complete 3 rounds, including wait times, per match. Reboot this process until completed. To complete this achievement, you will need to complete the above process 7x which will take you about 1-2 hours.
I now have this achievement doing this method.
Note: When completing the first one with this setup, you will see 1/20. The second tiered popup is 5/20. After doing the process the achievement will pop.
EDIT: One additional note, all achievement progress is using the built in achievement tracking. You will not see a percentage increase from the achievements app on xbox live.

A small remark: you can set as many rounds as you need - each round counts in annex. Set up 20 rounds and you won't need to start new game.
TIP: Don't forget to move second controller. If it shuts down for some time and you turn it on, game may change Xbox to another profile and GOW won't respond any controller until you change profile back

After Latest Multiplayer Update

Change the ring capture time to 60 points, then load the game. Capture the ring, should take 2 rings since you'll miss a few seconds off the start. Achievement will unlock after doing this 20 times and progress will show after first completion so you know you're doing it right. Takes no more than a couple minutes each time you do a match.

As long as you're doing this method to get the this is annex achievment like in this solution you should get this and the annex achievment easily

I personally did this on War Machine, rather than Raven Down as I found it a few seconds quicker. With Raven Down, you navigate through cars blocking your pathway, with War Machine, with ring is situated just downstairs by the longshot - the following ring is upstairs by the turret gun with nothing blocking your way.
Go to Versus, Xbox live, Private Match, select Blitz, set the time to 60 and rounds to win to 1.
