According to https://www.trueachievements.com/nidzzlll.htm this achievement is unmissable, if you hit RT or LT in the beginning when you make a choice on which path to take you will unlock the achievement either way.

Super easy but I mean this one is confusing because there doesn't seem to be any purpose for it no actual tutorial. weird to be honest. I'm not sure if people are expecting targets or something.

This is unmissable, just got it after pressing LT and progressing to the end of the level. So the decision left/right doesn't seem to matter at all.

This is buggy. I just went through it. Selected to go through the tutorial, and did not get it. I got the achievement for escaping the Slab though.

Yeah, this is still buggy. Played through the chapter twice without it unlocking. Took me a second playthrough of the chapter to unlock the chapter achievement too. EDIT: got it after doing a hard reset on the console. Unlocked it when I got to the main menu

Playing via GamePass cloud on Series X, unlocked no problem.

Edit next day: NO I lied, it was escaping the Slab that popped, this one did not apparently, so agreed...buggy!

Edit 2: Indeed loading the game up the next day and it auto syncing to the cloud, popped the cheevo, which is great for my daily rewards!
