Right after you start the game Dom will break you out of your prison cell, he will then ask you if you want to go straight in to the fight or go through a tutorial level.
Just click the appropriate trigger and complete the very short tutorial level for this achievement.

If your new to the game chose the right path as this path gives you more grenades and there's less enemies in the beginning section. The only 'hard' part in this level is the courtyard battle at the end. Just take cover when you're injured and flank by moving up the stairs. Other than that it's a very easy level even on insane.
