This has to be done while a campaign is currently active(obviously). to complete the achievement, hit 
twice while on the map screen to bring up the campaign menu, hit 
to go to the tasks tab, then select a task and press 
to bring up the task submenu. From this menu, select 'Reroll Task' and hit , then again on the confirmation screen. The task will be replaced and the achievement will pop. Note that you can only reroll a given task once so save this for something you really don't want to do.

As of the start of the first campaign in the 6.9 update, it will no longer be possible to reroll campaign tasks, and the requirements for this achievement have been changed to completing a single Bronze task in the active campaign.

Everyone who already did the campaign tasks before the update are in shambles. I've got to wait until the next campaign now
