How to legitimately unlock this achievement: it's awarded when the sum of the renown for all of the underworld factions reaches 1000. Renown is awarded for completing increasing level delves in factions, as well as upgrading the level of each faction's treasure horde. Delves are limited to 3 a day so the amount you can earn per day is limited. At the moment there's only two factions, so you'd need an average of 500 renown on each faction to reach 1000, but more factions will be added later (one every 4-5 weeks, I believe) making this achievement easier (i.e. 5 factions at 200 each).

The extra factions may make this easier, but as you only get 3 delves a day you are still limited to how much renown you can gain a day.

True, but it'll be easier to get (for example) 5 factions to 200 renown each than to get 2 factions to 500 renown each.

See "Exalted" for more info on increasing faction renown. For this achievement, you only need the total of all factions to be 1000, and considering you need 2500 in a single faction for that achievement, this will come along the way. They will be adding factions nearly every month, so you'll have an easy time unlocking this split between multiple factions if you don't go try to max any of them though.
