In the PvP section of the game, select one of the regions with a card restriction. I recommend picking a restriction where you can field a powerful team. The fifth and last fight boasts level 300 monsters/cards. If you can't field a team which can match this, it will be difficult because unlike most other sigil based battles, it does not allow you to spend more to power up.
Inside these regions there are monoliths which convey bonuses for PvP matches. Pick a monolith and win the five battles. The difficulty will increase quickly. Mine capped at 300. Once you beat the fifth battle, the achievement pops.
For this achievement, I went with the green restriction region and the classic Essence of Evil team consisting of Essence of Evil, Queen Beatrix, The Wild Queen, and Leprechan.

Thanks for the heads up. I can't compete against level 300 monsters. My go-to team is around 7k atm. I guess I'll get this eventually. I'll edit my comment when I do, in 202x

It doesn't have to be one of the regions with a card restriction. Winning 5 battles against a monolith in the Central Spire, which has no restrictions, also unlocks the achievement. This at least makes the fact that you have to go up against level 300 enemies slightly easier to deal with.
