How to unlock the First Blood achievement in Generation Zero - Definitive Guide

So, although this is self explanatory, the achievement works as follows. Start a new game, go to the first house to salvage a weapon. Leave the house and follow the road. Nearby is a police car, just beyond is the first enemy. Kill it with your weapon of choice and it will unlock.

The First Blood trophy in Generation Zero is pretty much unmissable, as you will kill enemies at some point. The first opportunity to unlock it will come after you leave the starting house and scavenge the police car up the road.
