JUST PUTTING THIS IN CAUSE IT WORKED FOR ME
Sorry I can not make videos. After you leave that first house you start at and head down the road when you come out of the forest there will be a church ahead of you and to the south-west of that if you look on the map is a pile of ruins. It you make you way towards the ruins circle around them so you are approaching from the direct south (heading North to the ruins) you will come up a hill with a road on it. Trying to stay in cover make your way up to the ruins. When you reach the top there should be a tall section of ruins in front of you or close by. Climb to the top crouching and at the top you can look down and see several machines (dogs) below ahead of you, Toss a flare stick out in to middle area and that should attract all those dog machine and the achievement should pop (not sure if fire works stick work here since it says flare in the description so watch which one you throw). This is how I got it. If you have already gone here and cleared it out just come back again the machines respawn pretty frequently.

This is the same area (the Castle) where I got mine. I had gone a little bit further around to the area where the Hunter was (there are two small buildings with a car between them). Trying to lure it where I had thrown a gas tank down, I threw a flare over there and it popped for me - even with the dog machines being much higher up the hill from there. But yes, the Castle area is a great area to get this.
