For those wanting more information like I was, I found the bunker. It is the Saltholmen Naval Bunker, located 716.686, 3886.398. There are multiple entrances to the bunker so keep walking around to find one. The room with the gas and the weapon inside is in section E3. There is a big white E3 on the wall and the red door to the gas room is opposite. When you open it, you will begin taking damaged shortly after. I had a gas mask on and I was taking about 3 damage every 4 seconds. As you enter immediately head to the left, there is a wooden picnic style table and the weapon is on top of it.

UPDATE: I found my first RPG in an army tent in the buildings just south of the Lilla Hammarnas safe house in the North of the Farmlands region.
