An easy method to 'cheese' easy kills of these otherwise challenging enemies is to first accumulate enough skill points to unlock the 'Survivor' perk in the Survival skill tree.
Providing you achieve at least one 'hit' on any enemy between each death of your character - a single shot will do - you can effectively infinitely respawn without adrenaline shots, and wear these machines down over time with whatever weapons you have.

It would be nice to know which enemies are hunter and a description of them and a common spawn for them. This is not a guide it's just tips.
