An easy method to 'cheese' easy kills of these otherwise challenging enemies is to first accumulate enough skill points to unlock the 'Survivor' perk in the Survival skill tree.
Providing you achieve at least one 'hit' on any enemy between each death of your character - a single shot will do - you can effectively infinitely respawn without adrenaline shots, and wear these machines down over time with whatever weapons you have.

For anyone that hasn't had this one pop or the one for killing 15 Tanks/30 Hunters - try going to different areas and taking out a various cross section of them instead of killing ones in the same area over and over.
This popped at 17 kills and the Hunters one at 38. Also don't hack them beforehand as that might not count as a hostile kill....guessing of course....also might not count assisted kills when robots are fighting each other....
