You may pickup genetic code of ability from almost any killed special enemy in the game (for example, red glowing spiders), to pickup this use collector gun cn_RB. First, build alien research lab, next you need 10 ability genetic code pieces, 3 blue radiation. After that you can research new ability from the terminal of the lab. Next, hit , select character customization and add new ability, then wait before it reloads, hit and achevement should unlock.
