Self explanatory but I could not locate a counter to keep track of how many modules I had. I had to wait until late into my run to gain access to the turbo lift to build on different decks as I ran out of space on the main floor. Stack two turbo lifts on top of each other and you will be able to attach more modules. The bigger modules require multiple decks up or down. Should pop right away. You can just build the access corridors which is easier on the resource requirements
