How to unlock the Surveil achievement in Genesis Noir - Definitive Guide

Astronomy Update Chapter 01: Surveil
    Under chapter select pick the first highlighted gold mission called Surveil.
      Once the cutscenes are done follow the golden bubbles around the map to locate Golden Boy and interact with him.
        After the first interaction observe the golden planetary disc he is holding along the way.
          There are three interactions required with the man to finish the chapter.
            After the last scene, where he hands you a photo, pick up the fountain pen and click the swirl on your hand to return to the menu.

            @antonhbp how did you get chapter select to show up? I did the same as you but I have no option for chapter select in the game's menu.

            I completed this game when it was new on gamepass and then deleted it (thinking my save was in the cloud as it should?)
            Today I downloaded it again to get these 3 achievments but I dont have the option to chapter select in the main menu.

            If anyone know how to fix this please write. Thank you :)

            EDIT: I just had to replay last chapter EXODUS again and watch the credits (hold A to fast forward the credits). Now "chapter select" is visible with the new chapters.

            Genesis Noir Astronomer's Cut DLC adds 3 new levels and 3 new achievements / trophies. All you need to do is complete each level. These can be accessed through chapter select, highlighted in gold.

            04:00 - Observe
            14:55 - Reveal

            Fastest method to get this achievement is by using the Debug Menu. From the Main Menu press the cn_back button to get into the Debug Menu:

            Select Level
            HUBBLE_01
            Start At
            CUTSCENE_FINDINGGB_03

            After the brief scene plays out, simply click on the Photograph, Fountain Pen and the Spiral on the hand to unlock the "Surveil" achievement.

            Don't think this works anymore tried doing this method on this account and Kohaui but hitting x & stuff did nothing

            Story-related; unlocked for completing the Surveil chapter. To complete this chapter, just follow the gold bubbles and interact with the man at the end of the trail.
