Genetic Disaster (UP)

This achievement isn't that hard, but should take some time. The mini-arenas are the rooms that have a trophy over them. Simply play through enough times to complete 100 of them. I recommend only doing the three first floors, doing the mini-arenas at the 2nd and 3rd floor (never a mini-arena on the 1st floor), and then resetting.
