The aim is to succeed to mission 06 with zero mission fails inbetween. Unfortunately the targets are completely random and if you fail a mission by shooting the wrong target or running out of time, it resets back to mission 01. However there's a few tips to help make this achievement a little easier.
Pause the game!
Pausing the game pauses the timer so feel free to pause often and scan the screen for your target before unpausing and shooting.
Quit before the time runs out!
If you think you're going to fail the mission from lack of time, pause and quit out. Quitting allows you to redo your current mission, without resetting your overall progress.
Always kill the enemy snipers first!
The option to have an enemy indicator on screen for rival snipers is completely disabled in survival mode. So if you get a mission with an enemy sniper I recommend killing them as fast as possible to minimise the risk of dying. Dying fails the mission and resets your progress back to mission 01. Enemy snipers seem to only appear in windows so scan every building until you find them and eliminate them.

Another thing I found out is that the targets will ALWAYS be stationary so don’t bother following characters that are running around I failed so many times as I shot an npc thinking they were the target. Unless I got extremely lucky, I found every single one of my targets up till mission 6 to not be moving

I cannot begin to understand how to deal with snipers and I haven't reached this mode yet. Just on Mission 3 of elite mode, there are a couple snipers but you only have enough time to even reach like 3/4 buildings before you get shot so it's just random chance on whether or not you survive

which gives you more time to look for the sniper. It just has a cooldown. I lucked my way through like the entire elite campaign without knowing this but that alone was a nightmare. Not even considering this achievement
