Easiest done in the Sequence gamemode.
Reach the level with all green guys, and let them follow you around. Now use the bomb when they are close to you, and fly across the board to pick up about 500 geoms in 5 seconds.
Works in other game modes and other levels, but this is an easy place if you are having trouble.

If it is still required, the level that is being mention in the solution is the 9th one.
