Once the round starts, fly to a wall and begin to run your ship clockwise around the board touching the walls. Once you do about 35% the game will show you which walls you've touched and which you havent. Touch every piece of wall and get all the rim to turn green, and you will get the achievement.

Can be done anti-clockwise too. You may even do it in parts as long as you have all 4 walls covered.

I made a video for this achievement.
Wax On is very simple, it take approx 20s.
At start, the wall color doesn't change but that's count !
Follow the wall but don't touch it, you will be faster.
