Best way to do this is to plug another controller in and then set up a local multiplayer match. Let your second controller gain a 3 point lead and then use your first controller to finish and win the game 5-3. Achievement unlocked!
If you don't have an extra pad then you can try against the CPU. Choose one of the faster 'Emotions/Cubes' to use and then obviously let the CPU get in front by 3. Be ready to move and move quickly! Try and stop the CPU when and where you can.
