How to unlock the Cogito ergo sum achievement in GET EVEN - Definitive Guide
For this, you will need to collect all of the collectibles throughout a memory. The game continuously urges you to 'search and explore' - so interact with as many things as possible in the environment - documents, voice clips, scannable items etc. The easiest level to do this on is the kidnapping and therefore my guide will focus on this more, although you can use any memory for this.
Once you have interacted with everything and completed the memory, you will be brought to an area where you can interact with a binary photo which will bring you into a central hub area (this is unmissable as you will need to interact with it to continue with the story). You can then go over to the collectable wall for the kidnapping to see how much you have completed. The percentage found is at the bottom left of the board. If it is not 100%, you will need to replay the mission and find the rest. If it is, the percentage will be replaced with a 4 digit code.
This 4 digit code can then be used within the level. You will need to find a panel to type this in. For the kidnapping, run through the first bit as fast as possible and you will see a guard in front of you, who will then start walking into a building on your left. Kill him either stealthily or not before he walks into the building, or else you will need to restart. Once he is dead, walk through and you will see the panel where you will need to enter the 4 digit code.
If you have not memorised the code, do not worry as there is a binary painting right next to you which will take you to the central hub where you can study it further, and then you can go to the painting on the table to return.
The achievement will pop as soon as you enter the code and walk through the door.
