If you didn't get this previously while playing the game, and are wrapping up. Go to building B part 2, progress through the level until you get to the room where a patient is in a locked room with glass windows (the one with three switches) Once inside, press the left button ONLY and then finish the level. Then, head back to Building C part two and progress until the part with the party (dancers) go through the room with the mattresses on the floor, and into the next room, turn left into the room where John Keating is. Seeing him on your screen should unlock the achievement.

Extra info. I only made this guide because the one and only other guide did not work. The info in it might be crucial, but the information in my guide is what actually works. Possibly you may need to do both things in our guides, so, if this doesn't work, maybe go do that electrical achievement the other guy talked about. They may work hand in hand.

If you did not save John, then you will need to replay this section of the game once you have completed it.

This achievement is unlocked near the end of building C (after the Rose meeting memory and before the 'The Offer' memory). You will come across the party. As you leave the party, enter a door on your left for the door ahead to open. Walk through this and John will be on your left. The achievement will then unlock.
