How to unlock the Sweat Dreams achievement in Get Fit With Mel B - Definitive Guide
For the Workout types where you dont try to go for 100% the quickest way to complete is:
Go to Workout, Custom Workout, select the Workout Type you want to do and only one exercise with Minimum repeats, turn Warm ups and cool downs off and set the workout time to "once only"
This takes about 1 Minute per Workout and still Count as a completet one :)
