Teleport or start a new game and go to the very first room on Center Zone (the one that changes the music). After you enter the room, keep wiggling by moving left and right and in few seconds you will spill out a lot of souls. Just get close to the souls to collect them, as Robot or Ghost Form if they are out of reach and you'll unlock the achievement.
Almost every room in the game has their unique way to unleash souls giving Items, Upgrades Geek items or Cubes. For example, In the room by the left of the first room, the souls will unleash when you jump in the right corner of the room and going down the elevator in the room to the right of the first room, you have to destroy the the four Turrets but the Security Robot down there must be alive when the turrets gets destroyed and the souls will unleash.
