GHOST 1.0

The level 1 alarm only shows up on Tutorial Zone and you can choose to skip the Tutorial Zone as you start a new game and go straight to Center Zone at Level 2 Alarm. I haven't tested if doing a Level 2 alarm also unlocks this achievement but if you don't skip the Tutorial Zone, there are two unavoidable alarm so you have to trigger and survive them to progress.

edit: Nevermind. On Survival, once you die the alarm resets to 1 anywhere (I unlocked this achievement on Green Zone). So after you die, get close to the alarm, save & quit then try do it and exit then continue should you get damaged.
