GHOST 1.0

In the last fight, there's a dotted area where you must stay inside. Sometimes the dotted area moves to the left or to the right. While you're inside the area, the blue bar in the top of the screen starts filling and the red bar starts dropping. And, in contrast, if you stay out of the dotted area, the red bar start filling and the blue bar start dropping.

Just stay out of the dotted area until the red bar fills up completely and you unlock this mind blowing achievement.
