Ghost of a Tale

I swear I beat this game without getting hit by an enemy but this achievement won't pop. A few times I walked into bear traps or hit by spiders, or caught by guards but I always reloaded. (Defin no guards, I got 0 guard achievement.)

Fall damage? I got that a bunch of times.

Unless during the first skeleton attack I got hit & wasn't paying attention. I just replayed the second attack flawless with no damage, so it was somewhere else.

i Can only say, that i got it not directly... i got it after replaying the last part. Can't remember anymore, if i had any fall damage

Can confirm that getting caught by traps does NOT invalid the cheevo, nor getting too close to some of the thorns around the outdoor areas.

Never let a spider hit me or a leech bite me though so can't confirm that.

getting hit by bees invalidates?

I just got the achievement (Win 10 version) and can confirm that traps, bees, and fall damage do not invalidate the achievement.

I just want to add that it is perfectly fine to be poisoned by mushrooms, but I cannot confirm the damage of bees, bear traps (spider traps) and leeches.
Bees can be avoided or hit with a single bottle, if you have the strong arm skill you will knock down the nest with a single blow.
Bear traps (Spider Trap) can be neutralized with sticks, or avoided.
The only two leeches can be avoided by repeatedly jumping if they see you, note that the second leech in the tunnel disappears after talking to Faustus (the alchemist).
Finally for the skeletons: when they first appear, run away and don't face them. On your return with the reinforcements have them do all the work, and only deal with the bombs and avoid being encircled.

I don't know what I did wrong the first time. Maybe I reloaded an auto-save or something by accident. (I got all the other achievements, so there was a lot of running around.)

I did a second run and hyper-focused on no-damage and it worked this time. If anything happened I quit the game and reloaded. By the end I had no guard or leech detected me, no fall damage, no bee damage, no poison bush or poison mushroom. (Did you know you don't have to help Faustus with his poison pot? Just stand aside and fail. I think there's a reward but who cares?_)

I was a little nervous when the 2 bridge spiders detected me (because the UI turns red and I thought it was poison) but I didn't take any damage so it seems fine.
