You’ll notice the alert bar above a guards head..if it fills all the way up they’ve spotted you. Use bottles, sticks, slippery goo(or whatever) to distract them. Also..as the old mouse proverb goes..”Save early, save often”. If caught, reload your old save file try again. It’ll get easier further in the game when you have the Red Paw Armour (and the upgraded versions) and Duinlan’s Armour sets. Guards won’t be provoked when you’re wearing said armours. This achievement is also just for the Red Paw Rats patrolling. Other enemies that spot you won’t count (in my play through) but you can’t be too careful.
