This achievement needs to be done in a particular place.
You can see it on this map, just under the word "Junkpit" in the lower-left; marked with a gold trophy saying "Very Important":

At that location, look for a round ball of junk like this:
You need to roll the ball down the hill to the left.
Stand to the right of the ball, and dash left through it. It should move a bit; you might need to clear some debris first with the same technique. Jump back over the ball (without touching it), then dash through it again. Repeat till it rolls down the hill to the left.

How far does it need to go? I've moved it as far left as I can and it isn't unlocking the achievement.

Didn't need to go far at all for me.
I did sprint knock down everything to the left of the ball before I started though.
