Best way to speed this up is to play the Museum level. There are lots of glass panes around all the exhibits.

Arguably the best map to boost glass was put into the game as DLC: Moros Medical Facility (or The Facility). There's several hallways of breakable glass panes and windows you can get and it will definitely add up. There's a few weird glass panes that won't break for some reason. Just as good for boosting as the Museum.
