Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed Ecto Edition

Civ’s during a haunting go through different stages of fear. You can calm them down by comforting them and hitting specific marks. The levels of their fear progress as below and are marked over their head;

Blue - Calm
Yellow - (?)
Orange - Scared
Red - Terrified (escaping)

We want to calm them when their icon is in the orange phase. The achievement is cumulative but we can speed things up by making them scared ourselves and not relying on the ghost entirely.

Play solo with bots on a large map (I prefer museum) and simply run up to a civ, shoot them with your blaster and they should panic, then calm them, but intentionally fail! This should send them scared and they will run away. Chase them down and when they stop you can calm them correctly, netting a +1. You can get 5-10+ done with each game using this method.

As the haunting goes on, the civ’s will naturally become scared themselves so you can bounce around them and when needed give them a nudge towards being scared!
